We encourage you to complete the anonymous questionnaire regarding additional specialist medical examinations. The aim of the questionnaire is to find out the interest of the employees of the University of Gdańsk in additional medical examinations/consultations and to indicate what kind of examination/consultation with a medical specialist are you interested in. Filling in the questionnaire should not take more than 3 minutes. Questionnaire is active until the 26th of June this year.
